Cadernos de Linguística invites researchers to submit proposals for theme issues that will be part of the program of INTERAB 14 — 14th International Congress of Abralin, the largest and most important linguistics event in Brazil.
Each proposal must include a cohesive set of at least 10 invited contributions, with provisional titles, author names, affiliations, and brief descriptions. A plan for a public call for papers may also be included. The timeline should ensure that all articles are published by the time of the congress, maximizing the visibility of the issue and its contributors during the event.
Proposals are welcome from researchers from any country and at any career stage.
Why submit a theme issue proposal for INTERAB 14?– Combine two significant academic experiences: editing a theme issue and organizing a symposium at a major international congress.
– Ensure the success and coherence of your symposium by building it around a structured set of invited papers.
– Increase impact by linking the symposium to an open-access publication with national and international reach.
– Contribute to the field with a collection of articles that fosters new debates, applications, and policy developments.
